You no longer have to use desk phones or soft phones and additional widgets to connect to D365 CRM. 

The phone call rings into your Dynamics UI and identifies any associated records such as contacts, leads or accounts. This way you know your customers before you talk to them. We can further customize this experience to suit your business requirements.​

We currently use our own telephony servers and VoIP/ SIP trunking; however, you could bring your own VoIP / SIP trunking and connect to our platform for no additional setup cost
